The issue we dedicated to the superpower of Ukrainians which does not allow us to break down or give up. This makes people believe in a miracle, even when everyone assures that a loved one has died. What helps to survive the months of captivity and not to lose faith and hope.
We have dedicated this issue to love stories in the war. The collected stories will evoke a full range of emotions because it is not always a story with a happy ending, and sometimes they do not have an ending at all.
Those stories are about a couple who left home and went into the trenches to fight side by side. A couple that formed in the Azovstal vault… A military man who lost a loved one but got a new chance. A soldier who survived captures thanks to the belief that his beloved survived in Mariupol.
