Терміни та визначення
1.1. Інтернет-магазин – сайт, який знаходиться за електронною адресою https://inker.world, на якому Покупець може ознайомитися з представленими Товарами, їхнім описом, цінами на Товари, вибрати певний Товар, спосіб оплати й доставлення Товарів, відправити замовлення електронною поштою або оформити замовлення телефоном.
1.2. Покупець – дієздатна фізична особа, яка замовляє, купує або використовує товари виключно для особистих потреб, не пов’язаних зі здійсненням підприємницької діяльності, і розміщує Замовлення в Інтернет-магазині.
1.3. Зареєстрований покупець – Покупець, що надав про себе Продавцеві індивідуальну інформацію (прізвище, ім’я, по батькові, адресу електронної пошти, номер телефону), яка може бути використана для оформлення Замовлення не неодноразово (дана інформація надається при оформленні Замовлення).
1.4. Продавець – індивідуальний підприємець Іпатов Артем Вікторович (адреса: Україна, 04050, Київ, вулиця Білоруська, 30, ідентифікаційний код: 3082312694), який здійснює продаж товарів через Інтернет-магазин.
1.5. Товар – об’єкт купівлі-продажу (річ), не вилучений і не обмежений в цивільному обороті та представлений до продажу в Інтернет-магазині за допомогою розміщення у відповідному розділі Інтернет-магазину.
1.6. Замовлення – належним чином оформлена заявка Покупця на купівлю Товарів, представлених в Інтернет-магазині, відправлена через сайт, e-mail або повідомлена Покупцем Продавцю телефоном.
Правила
2.1. Інформація, розміщена на сайті, може використовуватися тільки за умови дотримання всіх вимог, тому просимо уважно прочитати правила користування Інтернет-магазином (далі – Правила / Правилами), що визначають порядок роздрібного продажу товарів через Інтернет-магазин. Кожна Сторона гарантує іншій Стороні, що володіє необхідною право і дієздатністю, а рівно всіма правами та повноваженнями, необхідними та достатніми для придбання товарів через Інтернет-магазин https://inker.world (далі – Магазин). У випадку, якщо Ви не згодні з цими Правилами, будь ласка, відмовтеся від використання інформації.
2.2. Замовляючи товари через Інтернет-магазин, покупець погоджується з Правилами при оформленні Замовлення або при наборі відповідного номера телефону.
2.3. Продавець залишає за собою право вносити зміни в ці Правила, у зв’язку з чим Покупець зобов’язується регулярно відстежувати зміни в Правилах, розміщених на сайті Магазину https://inker.world.
Інтелектуальна власність
3.1. Вся текстова інформація та графічні зображення, які опубліковані на сайті, є власністю Продавця і його контрагентів. Назви торгових марок, товарних знаків і логотипи, які розміщені на сайті, є власністю їхніх власників.
Момент укладання Замовлення
4.1. Сторони домовляються, що Замовлення на конкретні Товари вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту відправки Продавцем електронного листа за адресою, вказаною Покупцем, в якому Продавець підтверджує, що замовлення покупця прийняте, і замовлені товари будуть відправлені Покупцеві. З цього моменту Покупець зобов’язується прийняти замовлені та доставлені товари та заплатити за них узгоджену суму, якщо вона ще не була сплачена.
4.2. Сторони домовляються, що дані Правила регламентують відносини між Сторонами, що випливають з такого Замовлення.
Права Покупця
5.1. Покупець має право купувати в Магазині товари, дотримуючись порядку, встановленого даними правилами Магазину.
5.2. Покупець має право відмовитися від Замовлення Товару, укладеного з Магазином, інформуючи про це Продавця.
5.3. Покупець має право на обмін / повернення товару згідно ЗУ «Про захист прав споживачів», ознайомившись з правилами повернення товару.
Зобов’язання Покупця
6.1. Покупець зобов’язується в умовах, встановлених даними Правилами та умовами Магазину, користуватися послугами https://inker.world.
6.2. Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити Товар способом оплати, обраним у розділі Доставка, і прийняти його в установленому порядку.
6.3. Покупець зобов’язаний забезпечити секретність даних підключення, не розголошувати їх третім особам і забезпечити, що жодні треті особи не скористаються його даними підключення для отримання послуг і ( або) для Замовлення або придбання Товару у Продавця. Покупець несе відповідальність за будь-які дії третіх осіб, якщо вони здійснені з використанням даних підключення Покупця. Всі обов’язки і відповідальність, що виникли або пов’язані з діями третіх осіб з використанням даних підключення Покупця, покладаються на Покупця.
6.4. У разі зміни даних, зазначених Покупцем у формі реєстрації, Покупець зобов’язаний їх оновити.
6.5. Покупець зобов’язаний у формі реєстрації надати повну, детальну і правильну інформацію про себе. Якщо Покупець у формі реєстрації надає неточні чи невірні дані, Продавець має право анулювати реєстрацію і видалити дані або обмежити можливості Покупця користуватися Магазином.
6.6. Покупець, замовляючи Товар, зобов’язується вказати місце доставки товарів.
6.7. Покупець зобов’язується особисто прийняти Товар або під час оформлення замовлення вказати в «Зауваженнях » іншу особу, яка прийме товар. Іншим особам, які не будуть вказані при оформленні Замовлення, товари передані не будуть.
Права Продавця
7.1. Якщо Покупець намагається зашкодити стабільності та безпеці роботи Магазину або порушує свої зобов’язання, Продавець має право негайно і без попередження обмежити або зупинити можливість Покупця користуватися Магазином або, в особливих випадках, анулювати реєстрацію Покупця.
7.2. Продавець залишає за собою право в будь-який час, не повідомивши Покупцеві, перервати надання послуг, змінювати магазин повністю або його окремі частини.
7.3. Продавець має право тимчасово або повністю перервати діяльність Магазину, заздалегідь про це не повідомивши Покупцеві.
Зобов’язання Продавця
8.1. Продавець зобов’язується довести до відома Покупця необхідну і достовірну інформацію про товар.
8.2. Продавець зобов’язується відповідно до ЗУ «Про захист персональних даних» дотримуватися права Покупця на конфіденційність наданої ним інформації, зазначеної у формі реєстрації та оформлення Замовлення.
8.3. Продавець зобов’язується доставити замовлений Покупцем товар за вказаною ним e-mail адресою. Доставка зазвичай займає 1 робочий день.
8.4. Якщо Продавець, зважаючи на важливі обставини, не може поставити Покупцеві замовлений Товар, він зобов’язується запропонувати йому аналогічний, найбільш подібний за своїми характеристиками. Якщо покупець відмовляється прийняти аналогічний або найбільш подібний за своїми характеристиками товар, Продавець зобов’язаний повернути покупцеві гроші, якщо оплата вже була здійснена, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) днів з моменту отримання товару та заповненої заяви на повернення.
8.5. Магазин залишає за собою право невиконання зобов’язань у разі виникнення форс – мажорних обставин.
Характеристики товару
9.1. Характеристики кожного товару Магазину https://inker.world вказуються в описах, розміщених на сайті.
9.2. Продавець не несе відповідальність за те, що товари в Інтернет-магазині за своїм кольором, формою або іншими параметрами можуть відрізнятися від реальних розмірів, форм або кольорів через властивості монітора Покупця.
Повернення та обмін
Цифрові товари, такі як програми, ігри, вміст додаткових компонентів, передплати, фільми, телепередачі та книги, не повертаються, якщо пропозиція застосовним законодавством не вказує, що ви маєте право на відшкодування.

Відповідальність
10.1. Покупець повністю відповідає за правдивість даних, зазначених у формі реєстрації. Якщо Покупець у формі реєстрації не надає точні дані, Продавець не несе відповідальність за наслідки, що виникають.
10.2. Покупець несе відповідальність за свої дії, користуючись сайтом Інтернет-магазину.
10.3. Продавець звільняється від будь-якої відповідальності у випадках, якщо шкода виникла через те, що Покупець, не врахувавши рекомендацій Продавця і своїх зобов’язань, не ознайомився з даними Правилами, незважаючи на те, що така можливість йому була надана.
10.4. Якщо в Інтернет-магазині https://inker.world є посилання на сайти інших підприємств, установ, організацій та осіб, Продавець не несе відповідальність за розміщену ними інформацію і здійснювану діяльність.
10.5. У разі якщо не вдається вирішити суперечку або розбіжності шляхом переговорів, всі розбіжності розглядаються в порядку, передбаченому чинним законодавством України.

Terms and definitions
1.1. Online store – a site located at the email address https://inker.world, where the Buyer can familiarize himself with the presented Goods, their description, prices for the Goods, choose a specific Product, the method of payment and delivery of the Goods, send an order by e-mail or place an order by phone.
1.2. The buyer is an able-bodied natural person who orders, buys or uses goods exclusively for personal needs, not related to the implementation of business activities, and places the Order in the Online Store.
1.3. Registered buyer – a buyer who has provided individual information about himself to the seller (surname, first name, patronymic, e-mail address, phone number), which can be used to place an order more than once (this information is provided when placing an order).
1.4. The seller is a private entrepreneur Artem Ipatov (address: Ukraine, 04050, Kyiv, Biloruska street, 30, identification code: 3082312694), who sells goods through an online store.
1.5. A product is an object of sale (thing), not seized and not restricted in civil circulation, and presented for sale in the online store by placing it in the appropriate section of the online store.
1.6. Order – a duly completed application of the Buyer for the purchase of Goods presented in the online store, sent through the website, e-mail or notified by the Buyer to the Seller by phone.
Rules
2.1. The information posted on the site can be used only if all requirements are met, so please carefully read the rules for using the Internet store (hereinafter – Rules / Rules), which determine the order of retail sale of goods through the Internet store. Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary right and legal capacity, but also all the rights and powers necessary and sufficient, to purchase goods through the online store https://inker.world (hereinafter – the Store). If you do not agree with these Rules, please refuse to use the information.
2.2. When ordering goods through the online store, the buyer agrees to the Rules when placing the Order or when dialing the appropriate phone number.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Rules, in connection with which the Buyer undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Rules posted on the Store’s website, https://inker.world.
Intellectual Property
3.1. All text information and graphic images published on the site are the property of the Seller and its counterparties. The names of trademarks, trademarks and logos that are placed on the site are the property of their owners.
The moment of placing the Order
4.1. The parties agree that the Order for specific Goods is considered concluded and becomes effective from the moment the Seller sends an email to the address specified by the Buyer, in which the Seller confirms that the buyer’s order has been accepted and the ordered goods will be sent to the Buyer. From this moment, the Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered and delivered goods and to pay for them the agreed amount, if it has not yet been paid.
4.2. The Parties agree that these Rules regulate the relations between the Parties arising from such an Order.
Rights of the Buyer
5.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the Store, following the procedure established by these rules of the Store.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the Order of Goods concluded with the Store, informing the Seller about it.
5.3. The buyer has the right to exchange/return the product in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, having familiarized himself with the rules for returning the product.
Obligations of the Buyer
6.1. The buyer undertakes to use the services of https://inker.world under the conditions established by these Terms and Conditions of the Store.
6.2. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the Goods using the payment method selected in the Delivery section and accept it in the prescribed manner.
6.3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of connection data, not to disclose them to third parties and to ensure that no third parties use his connection data to receive services and (or) to Order or purchase Goods from the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for any actions of third parties, if they are carried out using the Buyer’s connection data. All duties and responsibilities arising from or related to the actions of third parties using the Buyer’s connection data rest with the Buyer.
6.4. In the event of a change in the data specified by the Buyer in the registration form, the Buyer is obliged to update them.
6.5. The buyer is obliged to provide complete, detailed and correct information about himself in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate or incorrect data in the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel the registration and delete the data or limit the Buyer’s ability to use the Store.
6.6. The Buyer, when ordering the Goods, undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods.
6.7. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods in person or to specify another person who will accept the goods in the “Remarks” when placing the order. The goods will not be transferred to other persons who are not specified when placing the Order.
Rights of the Seller
7.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the Store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or stop the Buyer’s ability to use the store or, in special cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
7.2. The Seller reserves the right at any time, without notifying the Buyer, to interrupt the provision of services, or change the store completely or its individual parts.
7.3. The Seller has the right to temporarily or completely interrupt the Store’s operation without notifying the Buyer in advance.
Obligations of the Seller
8.1. The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of the necessary and reliable information about the goods.
8.2. The Seller undertakes, in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data Protection”, to observe the Buyer’s right to the confidentiality of the information he provided, specified in the registration form and the Order.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the specified e-mail address. Delivery usually takes 1 business day.
8.4. If the Seller, due to important circumstances, cannot deliver the ordered Goods to the Buyer, he undertakes to offer him a similar one, the most similar in terms of its characteristics. If the buyer refuses to accept a similar or the most similar product in terms of its characteristics, the Seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, if the payment has already been made, within 15 (fifteen) days from the moment of receipt of the product and the completed application for return.
8.5. The store reserves the right to default in the event of force majeure.
Product characteristics
9.1. The characteristics of each product of the Store https://inker.world are indicated in the descriptions posted on the site.
9.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the products in the online store may differ from the actual sizes, shapes or colors due to the properties of the Buyer’s monitor.
Returns and Exchanges
Digital goods such as apps, games, add-on content, subscriptions, movies, TV shows, and books are non-refundable unless an offer by applicable law indicates that you are entitled to a refund.

Responsibility
10.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the truthfulness of the data specified in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.
10.2. The buyer is responsible for his actions when using the website of the online store.
10.3. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where the damage occurred due to the fact that the Buyer, disregarding the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, despite the fact that such an opportunity was given to him.
10.4. If the online store https://inker.world contains links to the sites of other enterprises, institutions, organizations, and individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information and activities carried out by them.
10.5. In the event that it is impossible to resolve the dispute or disagreements through negotiations, all disagreements are considered in the manner provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
